Weve definitely won some games due to the ability to cast Dispersal, but more importantly it lets us cast any copies of Creeping Chill that we may have ended up drawing over the course of the game
And she is only black unlike her normal color identity, and she can be played in way more decks, and unlike Koth she's in any black deck you have rather than needing the perfect deck and she is better than Commander Classic Ob, she why's she's here at my top spot overall
